CARLTON COLE & DEAN ASHTON LUNCH – SOLD OUT

We are very pleased to welcome Carlton & Dean to Steam.

Cole played as a striker and began his career at Chelsea in 2001, spending spells out on loan at Wolves, Charlton and Aston Villa, before being transferred to West Ham in 2006. He was released by West Ham in 2013 only to be re-signed several months later, and the club released him for a second time in May 2015. He later had brief spells at Celtic in Scotland and Sacramento Republic in the United States.

He made over 240 appearances as a forward in the Football League and Premier League for Crewe, Norwich & West Ham, and was capped by England. He was highly praised as a talented centre forward, but had a career frustrated by injury. He retired on 11 December 2009, aged 26, after failing to recover from a long-term ankle injury sustained during international duty with England.

The Lunch will include a mini interview with Carlton & Dean conducted by our MC and then a Question & Answer session with them both. We will be raising for our chosen charity through an auction and through several table games where we will ask for a £20.00 per person donation.

Doors open at Midday with sit down at 1pm with Lunch served at 1.15pm. The event will conclude at 4pm but the bar will remain open until 8pm.
