SIR ANDREW STRAUSS DINNER – SOLD OUT

TUESDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2021
England Captain in all formats of the game, over 7000 Test Runs and former Director of Cricket for the ECB, we are very pleased to welcome Straussy to Steam.

A fluent left-handed opening batmen, Strauss favoured scoring off the back foot, mostly playing cut and pull shots. Strauss was also known for his fielding strength at or in the covers. He was also the main instigator as head of the ECB in creating the team and unity that won the Cricket World Cup in 2019.

The Dinner will include a mini interview with Andrew conducted by our MC and then a Question and Answer session with him. We will be raising funds on the night for our chosen charity through an auction and also through several table games including a raffle where we ask for a donation of £20.00 per person.

Doors open at 6pm with sit down at 7pm. The event will conclude by 10pm but the bar will remain open until 11pm.
