Tuesday 5th February 2019
We are delighted to have former Rugby Union player and former captain of the England team where he earned 34 caps. His greatest moment as captain was the unexpected 1980 Grand Slam. He is currently a member of the International Rugby Board and Chairman of the Rugby Football Union. On 11 May 2016 he was elected Chairman of World Rugby with his tenure having commenced on 1 July 2016.
Ahead of the Six Nations and with the World Cup on the horizon in the summer of 2019 this is a rare chance to listen to a man with a wealth of playing history and a man making the decisions on the game of Rugby moving forward.
The evening will include an interview with Bill conducted by our MC and a Question and Answer session. We will be raising money for our chosen charity on the night and will also hold a raffle as well as a running and main auction.
Tickets £85.00 per person (minimum tables of 4)
Bar opens at 6pm, Dinner served at 7pm, Event conclusion 10pm
