About The Henry Kimber Band

The Henry Kimber Band are a London-based four-piece who blend vintage blues, soul and funk into something that feels both timeless and completely alive. Led by singer and guitarist Henry Kimber, the band draw on the raw, rootsy sounds of Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf and Elmore James, woven together with the soulful melodies of Bill Withers, Etta James and Ray Charles.

They’ve built a growing reputation across London’s live music scene for energetic, free-flowing performances that mix tight musicianship with genuine spontaneity. Members of the band have performed at some of London’s most respected music venues, including Ronnie Scott’s, the 606 Club and the Royal Albert Hall.

Whether they’re deep in a twelve-bar groove or stretching out into something unexpected, this is a band that plays with soul, skill and an infectious sense of joy.

Doors open at 7.00pm and the music runs through to 10.30pm. There’s no booking required and no tickets to buy – just arrive, grab a glass of something good from the bar, and settle in for a relaxed Friday evening of live blues.
